1)Create a new file with 400x400 pixels with white background . Apply Filter--Render--Fibers with Variance-13 and Strenght-19.
2)Go to Filter--Brush Strokes--Angled strokes and set up Directional Balance-48 Stroke Length-17 Sharpness-5.
3)Press CTRL+U and apply :
